Our 2017 Chardonnay achieved optimal ripeness due to the fantastic weather. Aged in stainless steel and a small amount in oak barrels. Bright apples and fresh pear aromas, slight hint of toasted buttery bread, palette has lively acid and good body.
95% Viognier, 5% Riesling and 5% Vidal
Due to the wonderful weather in 2017 this vintage achieved optimal ripeness, which is essential for this varietal. Wonderfully aromatic, white peaches, apricot, floral, refreshing, clean finish.
75% Gewürztraminer, 22.5 % Vidal and 2.5% Petit Manseng
The 2014 vintage was de-stemmed and cold soaked on the skins for 4 hours and then gently pressed. Aged in stainless steel and a small amount in neutral oak. A perfumed nose filled with vibrant notes of rose petals , orange peel and honeysuckle precede an elegant palate of fresh lychee and citrus which is enhanced by jasmine, cardamom and cloves throughout the refreshingly lengthy finish.
2017 Cabernet Franc
80% Cabernet Frand, 5% Merlot and 15% Petit Verdot
De-stemmed and fermented on the skins for seven days until dryness ~ called “short vatting.” Aged for 8 months in American and French oak barrel. Bright cherry, black pepper, a dash of Herbs de Provence. Finishes soft and elegant for a red wine.

Aged 9 months in French and American Oak. Rich, full bodied wine with black cherry, plum and violet notes.
2017 Estate Merlot
80% Petit Verdot and 20% Petit Verdot
Black cherry,plum, raspberry with a bit of tobacco flavor. Fruit forward, easy tannins and a soft finish. Aged 10 months in French and American Oak.
