2017 Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay

Fermented and aged in stainless steel and a small amount in neutral oak barrels. 13% ABV

Tasting Notes: Bright apples and fresh pear aromas, slight toasted buttery bread, palate has lively acidity and good body.
Food Pairings: Chicken, Turkey, Pork Loin, Halibut, Trout, Crab, Scallops

100% Chardonnay

Aged nine months in neutral French Oak and new American Oak. 12.2% ABV

White Hall Estate Chardonnay

2014 Gewürztraminer

75% Gewürztraminer, 22.5% Vidal Blanc & 2.5% Petit Manseng

Following hand harvesting, our 2014 Gewürztraminer was de-stemmed and cold soaked on the skins for four hours and then gently pressed. The juice was then added to neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for a slow, cool fermentation. 12.8% ABV

Tasting Notes: This vintage of White Hall Gewürztraminer was made in the Alsatian style making it a delightful accompaniment to Asian and spicy cuisine, as well as an apertif. A perfumey nose filled with filled with vibrant notes of rose petals, orange peel and honeysuckle precede an elegant palate of fresh lychee and citrus which is enhanced by jasmine, cardamom and cloves. Lovely lengthy finish.
Food Pairings: Thai or Indian, Salmon Mousse, Onion Tart, Roquefort Cheese, Coconut Curry Shrimp

100% Gewürztraminer

Gorgeous fruit fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. 12.2% ABV | 2% RS

Tasting Notes: This wine exudes lychee and sweet rose characteristics. Slight sweetness lingers on the palate.
Food Pairings: Duck, Chicken, Pork, Soft Cow’s Milk Cheeses, Dried Fruit, Roasted Vegetables

100% Pinot Gris

Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. 12.2% ABV

Tasting Notes: This wine has a nice acidity with notes of pear and almond.
Food Pairings: Pork, Chicken and Seafood – particularly with meals that include a fruit element such as lemon, orange, peach or apricot.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel. 10.5% ABV | 1.4% RS

Tasting Notes: This wine has peach, apricot and soft minerality throughout. It has bright acidity and a subtle sweetness on the finish.

2017 Cabernet Franc

80% Cabernet Franc, 15% Petit Verdot & 5% Merlot

De-stemmed and fermented on the skins for seven days until dryness. Aged in eight months in American and French Oak. 12.9% ABV

Tasting Notes: Bright cherry and black pepper notes. Soft and elegant finish.
Food Pairings: Tomato Based Dishes, Smoky Barbeque, Black Beluga Lentils
